Before I started my business, I always felt lost and had a feeling that something wasn’t quite right. I couldn’t quite put my finger on what it was exactly, but it felt like something in my life was missing, but I didn't know what it was.

I searched all the wrong places to find the fulfilment I desired, but nothing external or material could fill the void I felt inside. I went to some very dark places emotionally and just couldn’t see a way out of the suffering. This was until I discovered my inner connection through sound healing, meditation and reiki. I discovered the truth of who I am under all the programming. I found what I was looking for all along- Myself!

Through the many different modalities, from sound healing, retreats, many different types of meditation and therapies, I discovered what has worked - to pick me up, support me and help me not only move forward but now to thrive!
