Gong Bath

Service Description

During the gong bath I will just be using gongs to create vibrations and sounds. A gong bath can be a very powerful way of letting go, healing and connecting. The gongs can surface unhealthy unconscious behaviours and help you to move through unwanted emotions, whether your intentions are for healing yourself, or just relaxation. The gongs will give you exactly what you need as these are powerful instruments and everyone experiences something different. This session is more intense and helps to create shifts in your life.
